Douglas F. Hart, age 81, Tuesday, January 16. 1990, St. Ann's Hospital. Survived by wife, Virginia; stepsons, David Whitaker of Va., Steven Whitaker, of Tenn.; stepdaughter, Darlene Vaughn, of Fla.; 5 step grandchildren. Member of St. James Episcopal Church. Private graveside service will be held Friday at Walnut Grove Cemetery. Arrangements by Weir-Arend Funeral Home, 4221 N. High Street.
