Sarah Elizabeth Dalbey, 85, of Columbus died Thursday, September 3, 1998 at Rosegate Care Center. Retired Pubilic Information Co-ordinator for the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. Preceded in death by; husband Robert Dalbey. Survived by son, John Richard Bingham; daughter, Susan Catherine Begley; 3 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother Jomes H. Rownd; sisters Mary Greshel & Ruth Fisher. Member of Crestview Presbyterian Church. Graveside Service 11:30 a.m. Thursday, September 10, 1998 at Walnut Grove Cemetery.. Family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. Thursday at Rutherford Funeral Home, 2383 North High St. Columbus, Oh.
