Cynthia Jordon, 3067 Blueridge Road, Friday, January 19 at University Hospital. Member of Bethel A.M.E. Church, 2021 Cleveland Ave., Christian Endeavor, Senior Choir, Bowling League of the church. Survived by parents, Rev. E. B. Jordon and Mrs. Bernice Jordon; sisters, Mrs. Penelope Harrington, Sandra, Jacqueline Kay, Barbara Jordon; brother, Charles Jordon; brother-in-law, William Harrington; several aunts, great-aunts, uncle; 2 nieces; 3 nephews; cousins; other relatives and a host of friends. Service will be held Monday, January 22 at 1 p.m. at Bethel AME Church. Rev. Thomas N. Pate officiating. Bishop Harold I. Bearden assisting. Family will receive friends Sunday, January 21, 7-9 p.m. J. W. Ross Funeral Home, 1203 E. Broad Street. Body will lie in state at the church Monday at 11 am. Until time of service.
