A trio of clowns (Eoin O'Brien, Liam O'Brien, and David Bowling) strolled up and down StreetFest, entertaining the crowds at Founders Weekend 2003. High Street was closed to all but pedestrian traffic between South Street and Dublin-Granville Road for the festivities, which included musical performances, arts and craft making activities, Carnival Costume Parades, storytelling, food, and more.
