Background
West side of High Street, downtown Worthington, Ohio, showing the buildings at 671-673 High Street. The buildings shown have at various times housed private residences, general stores and a garage. The rear portion of the building was begun in 1818 when the property was owned by James Kilbourne, founder of Worthington.
The businesses along the main street included Vrable's Drugstore, the Village Green Salon, a barber shop, bakery, and gift store.
