This tower supplies water to the Worthington Hills neighborhood, and is owned and maintained by Aqua Ohio. The tower has been repainted a couple of times since 2000, but in 2020 the company sandblasted the tower and added new primer and paint. The tower was likely built in the early 1970s, and replaced a water tank that stood at that spot when development of Worthington Hills began in the early 1960s. This type of water tower is known as a "pedesphere" or "golf ball and tee" tank.
