Background

This is a souvenir apron of the dedication of the Grand Lodge of Ohio Office and Museum that was constructed adjacent to New England Lodge No. 4 at 634 High Street in Worthington. The dedication ceremony took place in October of 1956. The Grand Secretary headquarters relocated to the site the following year and the original New England Lodge became a Masonic Museum for Ohio. The apron is a commemorative piece, cut in rounded corners and signed by Grand Master Frank W. Nicholas.
